All Sales are Final, No Returns. All items sold as is and with no guarantees or warranties. Cash/ credit-debit cards for purchases over $50.00 only. Sorry, no checks will be accepted. Please bring your own bags/boxes for packing. NO LARGE BAGS WILL BE ALLOWED in the HOME. We have shopping baskets for your convenience. Please bring help to load large items. We charge sales tax. All items must be removed at the close of sale. Please obey all parking restrictions and do not block the neighbor's driveway. Sign up sheet will be posted between 6:00 and 6:30 on the first day of the sale only. PLEASE READ: YOU MUST TEXT 909-208-5398 WITH YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME TO BE CALLED INTO THE GATE!!! YOU CANNOT COME IF YOU ARE NOT ON THE LIST!!! NO PRICES CAN BE QUOTED BEFORE THE SALE. We work on multiple homes at the same time with 100s of items in them. It is impossible to remember prices correctly. WE DO NOT PRE-SELL UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED. FOLLOWING THE CDC GUIDELINES - GRASONS staff will all wear masks and have their temperatures taken for everyone’s safety. ALL SHOPPERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS. If you feel ill please stay home. We will have hand sanitizer in multiple areas of the house and wipe down traffic areas repeatedly. WE WILL ALSO PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING SO PLEASE BE PATIENT AS WE WILL LIMIT THE NUMBER OF SHOPPERS IN THE HOME. DUE TO THE LIMITED NUMBER OF SHOPPERS ALLOWED, CHILDREN WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE HOME, SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE (when things return to normal they will be allowed again) THERE WILL BE NO SIGN IN SHEET AT THIS HOME. THE GATE WILL NOT LET ANYONE IN UNTIL 8:00 AM.
