2. No jackets, no coats, no pocket books, no briefcases, no shopping bags allowed in the sale area 3. No pre sales 4. Well behaved children are welcome, particularly if they have their own money. Badly behaved children should be locked in your trunk for the duration of your shopping trip, do not bring them into the sale 5. No pets, that means, no dogs, no cats, no animals of any kind. No matter how cute you think they are, the site of little "Precious" lifting a leg against a piece of my furniture isn't amusing. 6. All sales immediately final. If you buy and item and leave it unattended, the item will be sold and sold again until it goes away, and you will not be reimbursed if someone buys your item when you're not watching your purchase. After you pay, put the stuff in your car. 7. This is no museum, this stuff is for sale. 8. Please bring small bills, if you want to buy a $3. item early in the sale and attempt to pay with a fifty or a hundred, you will not be able to buy. 9. If you buy a group of items you will get a group price. No, with a line of eager buyers, we will not have the time to then price each item and argue with your over what is $2. and which item is $1. A lot price gives you a good price on a group of items. 10. Mind your manners. Don't argue. Play nice. First person to present the item at the desk and pay owns it. It is the owner's responsibility to then remove the item. Miss the one item you wanted? Relax, there will be more sales in the future. 11. Enter at your own risk. Not responsible for accidents. By entering you agree to be responsible for your own accidents, and for our legal costs if you foolishly try to sue us. By entering you agree to all posted terms of sale and accept all fiscal responsibility stated in terms. 12. Attending with a passionate collector and you just don't care? Visit Haag's Hotel across the street for a cup of tea, or an adult beverage to pass the time. They also serve very good food and the place is clean as a whistle. |
