1. Payment is due in full sale day in cash, cashier’s check, wire transfer, money order, or major credit card. Sales are subject to applicable sales tax. All sales are final. Refunds or adjustments will not be made. You must be at least 18 years old to bid. All items must be removed today or the next business day unless other arrangements are made.

2. The buyer pays an auction buyer’s premium. This varies by the price of the equipment sold and will be added to the price the auctioneer hammers as the final bid. Fees include: 15% buyer’s premium and 7.5% sales tax.

3. Auction Team West is the auctioneer. Everything will be sold as is, where is. No warranty is expressed or implied as to the quality or condition of the merchandise.

4. The highest bidder is the successful buyer. If any dispute arises between or among two or more bidders, the auctioneer may or may not at his discretion, reopen the bid or the unit shall go to the person from whom the auctioneer recognized as the last bid. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any reason. The auctioneer will have the final say on auction day.

5. The seller and Auction Team West reserve the right to reject any and all offers. All items and descriptions listed herein are believed to be correct; however, neither the participant nor Auction Team West shall be held responsible for typographical errors in description of merchandise.

6. All merchandise is sold “as is” and with all faults. This means you load your own merchandise yourself. If you ask one of our employees to move anything, you will be responsible for any damage to merchandise and/or property.

7. Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless auctioneer, seller, and Auction Team West from any and all damages, claims, or liabilities from injuries to persons or to property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or during the removal of items purchased.

8. Any announcement that the auctioneer makes may supersede any prior written agreement.
