If over $500 Cash, Cashier's Check or Wire Transfer only accepted * Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes. * Holdover: We can hold your items only if fully paid for by 4pm day after auction, Cash / Wire / CC. (See our Storage Fees) * Payment: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount on the BP for cash. Any invoice not settled by 4pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file. * Declined Cards: There is a $35 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason. * Large Invoices: Auction company, may charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash, Cashier's Check. or, Wire Transfer for sll amounts over $500. * Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. If you have items that need machinery, please bring adequate equipment. Please bring your own boxes and packing material. We do have a forklift and we will tailgate your pallet items. * Condition: You are buying As is, where is. Unless otherwise specified, we have not tested the item. In addition, if you buy an item "With Contents" You must take all the contents. Failure to do so will result in disposal fees to your account with us. * Buyer's Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount for Cash * Shipping: Nationwide Shipping is available on some small items. We will add a minimum of $5 or $10 Handling fee to each package, and $25 for any Pallet on any shipping order + the cost of shipping. If you desire shipping, send us an email to shipping@WaltCadeAuctions.com and include your invoice number. We may require other documentation before we ship. If you desire shipping of any Pallet, Large Lot, or Heavy item, we will prepare for your pickup of motor carrier etc but you must have shipping arranged and prepaid., * Sales Tax and Farm Exemption: Please forward in advance sales tax exemption information, go to www.WaltCadeAuctions.com/salestax.htm . Farm Exemptions will not be accepted for non-farm related items. No exemptions will be accepted after auction close.
