* Pick Up items on 4/24/21 and other days and times by appointment. Any item left for more than 2 weeks without contact or prior arrangements will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at our discretion. No Refunds or Credits will be givien.
* Shipping available for items that will fit in a STANDARD size box easily obtained at UPS or USPS. We charge a $10.00 Handling Fee plus shipping cost and supplies if needed. There will be no shipping for large items such as Carnival Ride and Pedal Cars.
* Any disputes will be handled in Suffolk, VA.
* Auction will use the soft close feature and will close in the order of the catalog at a rate of 1 item every 20 seconds. Any item receiving a bid in the last 2 minutes will extend the auction for that item by 2 minutes. (other items will continue to close).
* For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
