Auction Terms and Conditions:  All items will be sold in as-is, where-is conditon without any warranties expressed or implied.  All bidders are expectied to make a reasonable inspection of items before bidding / buying.  Once the items is declared sold by the auctioneer, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the auctioneer nor the seller will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  Buyers must remove all items they have purchased. 

Payment Terms:  We accept Cash, or Check with proper and satifactory Photo ID,  Credit and Debit cards are also accepted as a form of payment.  Purchases made with the use of Credit or Debit cards will include a 4% buyers fee added to the purchase price.  Purchases made with the use of Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived. 

Directions:  Just off Wheeler Ave in Fort Smith turn west by Davis Iron and follow the road to Arkoma.  Immediately at the State Line Turn South on State Line Rd. and follow 1.7 miles to Nellie Street.  Turn West on Nellie and follow to the auction location.   Directional signs will be posted.
