TERMS: THIS IS A CASH ONLY AUCTION.  YOU MUST HAVE A VALID OHIO DRIVER'S LICENSE TO REGISTER.  THERE WILL BE A $50.00 DEPOSIT.  YOU HAVE UNTIL MONDAY MORNING TO CLEAN OUT THE EACH ROOM.  THE DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED WHEN THE ROOM IS BROOM CLEANED.  YOU ARE NOT PERMITED TO USE ANY DUMPSTERS ON THE FACILITY.

You will need a valid Photo ID to register to bid. A $50 deposit will be held per purchased unit and will be returned once the unit is broom cleaned.

At 12PM.  Registration will begin at 11:30 AM.  You will need a valid Photo ID to register to bid.  This is a CASH ONLY sale.  You will have 3 days to clean the unit. We will also charge a $50.00 deposit for each unit.  Deposit will be returned once the unit is broom cleaned.
