** All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE, with respect to condition.
** We will share all information provided by the garage management and detailed pictures of each item.
** Shared information is for informational purposes and does not create a warranty or guarantee of any kind.
** All sales are final.
** All bids are based on the evaluation, and desire of the bidder(s).
** Make plans to attend the preview. If you do not attend the preview, then you have no one to blame but yourself.
** In the event, any item is lost, damaged, or stolen, before the invoice is settled, the buyer will not be required to settle the invoice for that item. Once the invoice has been settled, security for the item is the SOLE responsibility of the buyer.

PAYMENT: Full payment is due on Monday, April 26 at 1900 Camden Avenue, Durham, NC 27707 between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. You may pay with cash, cashier's check, wire transfer, pre-approved check (approved before April 23 at 5:00 PM), or credit/debit card, subject to a 3% processing fee.

FAILURE TO PAY YOUR INVOICE: Any buyer that defaults on an unpaid invoice, FOR ANY REASON, will be responsible for losses and expenses incurred in reselling the items on the invoice. In accepting the Terms and Conditions of Sale you agree for us to charge any losses or expenses incurred to the card on file. Failure to cover the expenses will result in immediate suspension/revocation of bidding privileges, civil suit, or both.

REMOVAL: All items must be removed by 3:00 PM on Friday, May 15. Any item remaining at that time will be subject to storage fees, and may be moved to a remote site. Storage fees and moving expenses MUST be paid before the item is released.
