PLEASE NOTE: This sale is held in a second story of a duplex home. Winning bidders will need to walk up two flights of stairs to pick up their items. This includes all furniture! Winning bidders of larger items will need to bring help to carry/lift/load their furniture as employees are NOT able to provide lifting assistance. All items are located on second floor or basement of the home. Winning bidders need to be prepared to walk the steps to retrieve their items. You will need to be prepared to lift and carry your items; please bring help to carry furniture. You will need to bring boxes for your items. The books in all the book lots are NOT boxed up. Masks and social distancing required at pick up. PLEASE NOTE: This sale is being held in a private home. Therefore, we have limited access to the home and for auction pickup. We are NOT able to arrange for special/individual pickups. Please make sure you are available on the pick up date and time or can send someone in your place.
