1. If you have a temperature, are coughing, sneezing, have a runny nose or in any other way feeling ill - PLEASE STAY HOME. 2. Each person, including children, MUST wear a face mask covering their nose and mouth at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS - masks will be available for $1 3. Social Distancing will be followed - only 6 in house and 5 in garage at any time. Please wait at door until you are asked to come in. 4. No children under 12 (masks must be worn)or pets allowed- NO EXCEPTIONS 5. Sanitizer will be available - please use it. House will be sanitized periodically. 6. If you must stand in line, social distancing will be required. 7. When checking out you MUST continue to wear your mask and social distance. 8. All loading is buyer's responsibility * Cash or Credit for purchases over $25 (fees apply). All purchases over $1000 cash only. - CARS - CASH ONLY! * We do not provide furniture moving or loading service - please bring your own OR make arrangements. *ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO EXCHANGES, REFUNDS OR RETURNS* Cash or bank Cashier's Check for purchases over $1000.
