Yet, we have another online sale.  Yes, I do plan to have more on-site sale, but we’re not out of the woods, yet.  So, it’s better safe than sorry.  We made this far.  Besides, there are actually a lot of advantages of having an online estate sale.  For one, no one has to wait in the long lines in cold anymore.  And, you travel only if you’re picking up something you bought online instead of risking a trip that may result in coming home empty handed.  For you guys who resell, just imagine how much gas expenditure you’ll be saving over this alone.  Anyways, onto our current sale...  We have quite some good quality furniture in this sale.  There’s a MCM piece in there I have never seen before.  There are a lot of larger pieces, as well as smaller pieces made by Ethan Allen and a complete set of home office furniture, which are all in very good shape.  There’s a good selection of Lladro figurine and some SONY electronics in working condition.  There are some records in all kinds of music.  And, there’re some CD’s and DVD’s (more than 400 of them) as well.  Also, I saw some wonderful MCM kitchen silverware in there.  There isn’t a whole lot, but just enough to sink your teeth into.  Please take a look at the pictures.  The sale will start on Monday and ends on Friday at our own shop (I own it, so there’s no extra charge for buying online). The pick up location will be at Sunnyvale.  The exact address will be sent to buyers once when an order is placed and paid.  Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Pickup Date/Time: By appointment, from Friday to Saturday everyday between 10:00AM to 2PM

Pickup Location:  Sunnyvale, CA 94087 (address will be sent to purchaser through Email)

Appointment is needed for pickup.  Please Email (du_rick@yttestatesales.com) or Call (925)215-1259 for appointment.  

Everything is released at “as is” and “where is” condition.  And all sales are final. 

When planning your pickup, please allow sufficient time to pack and move your items before the end time. Please bring up any questions or concerns to administrator on site.  By departing from the pickup site, you are acknowledging that you have all items and that they are to your satisfaction.

Terms and Restrictions: PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING

1.         Please carefully review the lot pictures before purchasing.  The pictures can be zoomed in for detailed viewing.    

2.         Due to the lighting used, in some pictures, the color in picture is brighter/lighter than the actual color when seen under the normal light.  Please take that into account when buying. 

3.         We accept all major credit cards plus Paypal.  Address will be sent to the purchaser once when payment is made. 

4.         Please be sure you are able to pick the item up before buying. 

5.         Please bring prove of sale and ID for the pickup. 

6.         If you can’t make the pickup window, please call ahead to make special pickup arrangements before purchasing.  However, there is a very limited time frame for any special pickups. 

7.         Please bring your own packing and moving material, as well as additional people to help, for the pickup.  And, please keep in mind that some of the furniture may require some disassembly, so please bring your own tools as well. 

8.         All sales are final.  Refund can be issued only in case when the description and pictures of an item is grossly inaccurate.  If you discover such a case, please let us know immediately so we may rectify it.

9.         For this particular sale, we will not accept any resale licenses.  For resellers, please keep prove of purchase for this sale for your sales tax deduction when your file your next tax return.  If you’re not certain, please call and I’ll provide you with some additional information.
