NO CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS !!! -Doors Open At 10:00 AM. Please be courteous when parking in the area. -Shoplifters will be prosecuted. You steal, we call police. -SMILE, as usual, There will be hidden surveillance cameras throughout the home. -Due to increased theft, no large purses or bags will be allowed in the sale. Please don't bring them, so I don't have to ask you to leave them outside. -Please do not call, email or text asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale. Done Deal Estate Sales and Appraisals will be in Land O' Lakes this upcoming weekend for a In Person Estate Sale. This is a gated community. You will need to enter the code " # 1997 " in order to enter the subdivision Michael and Julia Whitley lived in Land O" Lakes in this home since Michael's retirement from the Foreign Service Corps in 2006. Michael had a long distinguished military carrier that took them all over the world. They lived in Egypt, Pakistan, Israel, and South Africa, and Germany, while also travelling extensively around the world. In addition to their travels, they were involved in the local chapter of the Ancient Order of Hibernians, and Knights of Columbus. He was collector of Irish military civil war memorabilia. Julia has decided to downsize. As a result, the majority of items in this home will be for sale. This is an immaculate home that had no animals and there was never any smoking. The home will be listed for sale with a realtor once our estate sale is over. It is located in the Plantation Palms Subdivision. We hope to see you there, The Done Deal Team ! |
