Auction Terms & Conditions Special Auction Terms: For this auction we fully reserve the right ot pause bidding, end bidding early or cancel all bids. This is do to the current situation we are all dealing with so we can follow all government mandated orders as needed. This is only to accomodate these orders.

By successfully registering for this auction you state that you agree to all stated terms and conditions of this auction. Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. This is a local pick up only auction. There are absolutely no shipping options for this auction without exception. Also everything must be picked up and paid for during posted pick up and payment times without exception By Saturday March 20th, 2020 at 2:00pm. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location during posted pick up times unless other arrangements are made before auction end time. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks (Returned checks will be charged $35 plus Bank Fees and bidding privledges will be revoked until resolved), Visa, Mastercard and Discover. All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction however No Sales Tax will be charged. Special Note: For the foreseeable future the following procedures will be enacted for pick up and payment. All purchases will be gathered by invoice by Ridge Crest staff and delivered to buyers curbside at the front of our building. No buyers will be allowed to enter our facility unless absolutely needed.

Auction Location - 4100 Griswold Road, Port Huron, MI This is an online only auction. All bidding will take place and all bids must be placed online through our online bidding platform on our website. Please review all terms and conditions before you register and bid as policies and practices have temporarily changed due to current restrictions and mandates. Auctioneer's Note - This auction is not held at our location. All activities for this auction will take place at 4100 Griswold Port Huron MI. This includes all Open Houses, Pick up and payment times. Also there is absolutely no shipping options available for this auction without exception. Do to the looming Covid 19 crisis we are currently dealing with the Blue Water Area Humane Society has decided to continue thier yearly charity auction from live to online only. Included in this auction you will find antiques, housewares, collectibles, tools, sporting goods, dolls, toys, pet supplies, electronics and more. Everything for this auction has been donated and money will go to the Society for thier operating budget that is run strictly by donations and events like this. Please bid high, bid quick and bid often to help this very worthy cause. There will be 2 Public Open House offered for this auction. The first will be Saturday March 6th from 10:00am until 4:00pm and the second will be Tuesday March 16th from 4:00pm until 7:00pm. All visitors for the open houses will be required to wear masks while in the building and the number of visitors at one time will be limited. Pick up and checkout dates are Friday March 19tth, 2020 from 12:00 pm until 7:00 pm EST and Saturday March 20th, 2020 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm EST. These are the only times items may be paid for and picked up. Please follow signs to the side door of the building for Payment then you will be directed to the rear of the building to pick up your items. We will be pulling all orders and delivering them curbside at the rear of the building. We will only be allowing customers inside the building if absolutely needed. Any customer entering our building must be wearing a face mask unless unable to do so for health reasons. IMPORTANT NOTE: THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO SHIPPING OPTIONS FOR THIS AUCTION. IF YOU OR A REPRESENTATIVE CANNOT PICK UP YOUR WINNING BIDS DURING SCHEDULED TIMES PLEASE DO NOT PARTICPATE IN THIS AUCTION.
