ALL FIREARMS, WHETHER PISTOLS, SHOTGUN OR RIFLE WILL BE TRANSFERRED BY THE FFL DEALER LISTED BELOW. NO EXCEPTIONS.

FFL Dealer is located in Mocksville, NC. Upon purchase, your invoice will identify the licensed FFL Dealer for Pickup or shipping.
*Pick up from FFL dealer above begins Thursday April 1st,  2021. Any items that have not been picked up or arranged to be shipped with FFL dealer by 5 pm on April 8th, 2021 will be deemed forfeited and property of the auction firm.

Transfer costs:
All firearms to be transferred using the FFL dealer as described above and will be done for $25.00 each.
All handguns to be shipped to another FFL, including transfer, shipping, and insurance will be $45.00 each.
All long guns (rifles, shotguns, as well as oversized pistols such as AR-15 pistols) including shipping, transfer and insurance will be $65.00 each.
The transfer fee will be charged by the auctioneer to the winning bidder and included in your invoice. If you intend on having items shipped, please let the auctioneer know immediately after the end of the auction via emailing at email@ready2bid.comso your invoice can include shipping.

Please be aware of your home state firearms regulations before bidding. If you do not have a pistol permit or a concealed handgun permit, the FFL will be required to conduct a criminal background check (ICS) before transferring any firearm (handgun or long gun) to any person.
North Carolina follows the federal law on age restrictions and requires that a person
must be at least 21 years of age to purchase a handgun and 18 years of age to purchase
a shotgun or rifle (long gun). A permit is required to purchase a pistol; however, a permit is not required to purchase a shotgun or rifle (long gun). Prior to the purchase of a handgun, the person must first obtain a pistol permit from the Sheriff of the county in which they reside and present the permit to the licensed dealer conducting the transfer procedures.
*Note - Prior to issuing the permit, the Sheriff is required to determine that the applicant is of good moral character, for what purpose the applicant wants to purchase the weapon and determine the applicant’s criminal history.

*An individual may purchase a single handgun/pistol only with a single valid permit.

Registration requires a valid credit card to confirm your identity and to confirm that you have at least $100 of credit on this card (same process that vendors such as gas stations use when you pay for gas with a credit card). WE DO NOT charge for registration (please note: YOUR bank MAY hold this amount for 24-48 hours).Please NOTE: This card will only be charged if you are a winning bidder who does not provide certified funds or wire transfer on items won.

Credit cards will be accepted on all purchases EXCEPT for invoices exceeding $2,000. If your invoice exceeds $2,000 only a certified bank check (national bank only) or wire transfer will be accepted. Payments will be payable to The Swicegood Group Inc. Trust Account, located at 277 N. Main St. Mocksville, NC 27028. Certified funds need to be presented at pick up or evidence of a successful wire transfer to auction firm’s trust account. If payment is not received, The Swicegood Group, Inc. will attempt to collect by charging the credit card on file for the full amount or any amount less than the purchase price. No item will be released until satisfactory U.S. funds have been received and FFL transfer has been made.

Currency Type: USD

Staggered End Time: Multiple lots will close each minute so the auction ending is staggered to allow for this to occur.

Soft Close Ending: Lots may remain open for bidding if bids are placed in the last minutes before that lot closes. Bidding will close once 3 minutes has passed with no new bids being received.

Conditions: All information contained herein is deemed to be from reliable sources. However, neither the Auctioneer nor the Seller guarantees this information to be correct. We reserve the right to add or delete. Please inspect the property and bid accordingly. By bidding, you, the Bidder/Buyer, certify that you have either closely examined the item(s), have chosen to not examine the item(s), or have hired an independent agent to examine the item(s)for you. The Auctioneer represents the Seller in this transaction. All announcements made online or via any communication medium shall take precedence over all other information.

No sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in any of the lots by reason of their being incorrectly described in the listing or elsewhere and no liability shall be borne by the Auctioneers in respect of any such fault or errors. This listing has been prepared only as a guide based on information from sources generally believed to be reliable, but the accuracy thereof cannot be guaranteed or warranted by the Auctioneers. Bidder acknowledges that it is their responsibility to inspect all items and to make his/her own inquiries.

There are no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise of any nature whatsoever by the Auction Company. Bidder agrees that everything is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" and that they may not return any item purchased. The property being sold may be either New or Used. We make no representation or warranty for any of the lots, which are the subject of the auction.

In the event that there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, The Swicegood Group Inc., or its software providers, and the Seller reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software nor The Swicegood Group Inc., its software partners, or the Seller shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. The Swicegood Group Inc. may send email notifications to registered Bidders with updated information as deemed necessary.

This listing with pictures is only a guide so please inspect the item(s) prior to bidding. All sales are final. We reserve the right to put a hold on your account for an amount up to the amount of your bid prior to the end of the auction.

Bidders who bid understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. The auction company shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it, however, we will not be responsible for any error or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself.

The auction company reserves the right to refuse service to any person. The Swicegood Group, Inc. does not preclude the right of any employee, subcontractor or shareholder to bid on any item.

The Swicegood Group, Inc., sells to international online buyers via our online auctions. It is our policy to require a $1,000.00 deposit in order to bid from another country. This is immediately refundable if you do not purchase any items and will be applied towards your balance if you are a successful purchaser.
