--- BIDDERS PACKET: All bidders who have registered for the online auction can view copies of the terms on the specific Auction Detail Page.
--- ONLINE REGISTRATION: Registration for this auction (online) finalizes each bidder's agreement to the terms and conditions of sale which are incorporated by reference into your bidding. Do not bid until you have read the terms and conditions.
There is no fee to register but a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover only) will be required to verify identity. By bidding you are representing to Strawser Auction Group and the Seller that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions for this sale as stated herein. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions stated, DO NOT BID as you will be bound by those terms and conditions.

Shipping charges are separate and the shipper will contact you for payment.
--- EXECUTION OF WINNING BID: Immediately following the close of the auction, the Buyer will be contacted by the Auction Company via email with their invoice copy showing a listing of items won at auction.
--- SHIPPING/ PICK-UP/REMOVAL/FEES: Packing, shipping, and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. Paid items must be removed from the auction facility within seven (7) days. It will be up to the buyer to determine if there are any shipping regulations for any item(s) purchased, and the buyer is responsible for any shipping regulation requirements. No refunds will be allowed for any item(s) that cannot be shipped due to said regulations. While Strawser Auction Group does not provide packing and shipping services, at the conclusion of the auction you will receive an email from jenny@strawserauctions.com with a list of shipping companies that service our area along with a shipping release form. You will need to select a shipper and then return the release form to jenny@strawserauctions.com. The shippers include: Pakmail: 260-637-4809; contact@pakmailfw.com OR The UPS Store: 574-262-2994; store5645@theupsstore.com. The shippers will be coming for their first pick up on the Thursday following the auction, March 18th, and will pick up items that we have releases for.
Online purchasers who wish to pick up their items must do so within seven (7) days and can do so by contacting Mr. Strawser, michael@strawserauctions.com, to make an appointment .
The location of pick up is at our office: 200 N Main St Wolcottville, IN - BY APPT ONLY.
**PICK UPS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. THE AUCTION ITEMS ARE NOT STORED AT THIS LOCATION THEREFORE AN APPOINTMENT IS NEEDED IN ORDER FOR YOUR ITEMS TO BE BROUGHT TO THE OFFICE FOR PICK UP. If you show up without an appointment, your items WILL NOT be here.

If the winning bidder cannot pick-up the items on the above allotted dates and times, there will be a $25 fee charged for a Strawser Auction Group member to meet the winning bidder on a different date and time.
Paid items must be removed from the auction facility within seven (7) days. After seven (7) days, any item(s) remaining at the auction facility will be placed in storage. Fee for storage will be $10 per day, per item. If item(s) remains in storage for more than 60 days it shall become the property of Strawser Auction Group.
--- DEFAULT: If the winning bidder refuses or fails to complete the transaction for ANY reason (including, but not limited to, remitting the total purchase amount, or arranging pickup of the item), Buyer shall relinquish ANY right to complete the transaction and shall have no rights or interest in the property, as well as forfeit all deposit monies as liquidated damages to Seller. PLEASE BE ADVISED: Various state statutes give Seller the right to pursue legal action against bidders who refuse to complete transactions. Do not bid until you have read the terms and conditions. There is no fee to register but a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover only) will be required to verify identity. By bidding you are representing to Strawser Auction Group and the Seller that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions for this sale as stated herein. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions stated, DO NOT BID as you will be bound by those terms and conditions. --- CONDUCT OF THE AUCTION: The Seller and selling agents reserve the right to preclude any person from bidding if there is any question as to the person's identity, credentials, validity of the credit card, fitness to bid, financial ability to buy, etc. All decisions of the Auctioneer are final. If there is a dispute, the Auctioneer may re-open the bidding at the Auctioneer's sole discretion and shall serve as the sole arbiter as to who is or is not allowed to bid. Seller reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any personal property item at any time and approve all final bids. --- BIDDING: Bidding starts at the nominal Opening Bid(s) indicated and is open to all who registered and are approved by the way of verified identity and credit card information. Internet pre-bidding is available prior to the auction. Online bidding and live in-person bidding will be offered during the live auction starting at 10:00 AM EST March 13th, 2021. The last bid shall be made final. The Bidder is responsible for knowing which item he is bidding on. Auctioneer cannot honor "mistakes". --- AGENCY DISCLOSURE & GENERAL OFFICE POLICIES: Strawser Auction Group represents the Sellers only and does not inspect merchandise on bidder's behalf. --- DISCLAIMER & ABSENCE OF WARRANTIES: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis. PLEASE NOTE: Some coins may have a grade on the package or in the listing/lot title, This grade IS NOT to be relied upon, unless the grade is by a Certified Grading Company. Some grading companies do not guarantee their grades. Therefore, bidders should educate themselves about legitimate vs illegitimate grading services. Many times a seller will give his opinion on the condition and many times it is not correct. Please use good judgment or call with questions. No Returns! No warranty or representation, either expressed or implied, concerning the Personal Property, its condition, or the condition of any other components on the Personal Property, is made by the Seller or Strawser Auction Group. Shipping charges are separate and the shipper will contact you for payment. --- EXECUTION OF WINNING BID: Immediately following the close of the auction, the Buyer will be contacted by the Auction Company via email with their invoice copy showing a listing of items won at auction. --- SHIPPING/ PICK-UP/REMOVAL/FEES: Packing, shipping, and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. Paid items must be removed from the auction facility within seven (7) days. It will be up to the buyer to determine if there are any shipping regulations for any item(s) purchased, and the buyer is responsible for any shipping regulation requirements. No refunds will be allowed for any item(s) that cannot be shipped due to said regulations. While Strawser Auction Group does not provide packing and shipping services, at the conclusion of the auction you will receive an email from jenny@strawserauctions.com with a list of shipping companies that service our area along with a shipping release form. You will need to select a shipper and then return the release form to jenny@strawserauctions.com. The shippers will be coming for their first pick up on the Thursday following the auction, March 18th, and will pick up items that we have releases for. Online purchasers who wish to pick up their items must do so within seven (7) days and can do so by contacting Mr. Strawser, michael@strawserauctions.com, to make an appointment . The location of pick up is at our office: 200 N Main St Wolcottville, IN - BY APPT ONLY. **PICK UPS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. THE AUCTION ITEMS ARE NOT STORED AT THIS LOCATION THEREFORE AN APPOINTMENT IS NEEDED IN ORDER FOR YOUR ITEMS TO BE BROUGHT TO THE OFFICE FOR PICK UP. If you show up without an appointment, your items WILL NOT be here. If the winning bidder cannot pick-up the items on the above allotted dates and times, there will be a $25 fee charged for a Strawser Auction Group member to meet the winning bidder on a different date and time. Paid items must be removed from the auction facility within seven (7) days. After seven (7) days, any item(s) remaining at the auction facility will be placed in storage. Fee for storage will be $10 per day, per item. If item(s) remains in storage for more than 60 days it shall become the property of Strawser Auction Group. --- DEFAULT: If the winning bidder refuses or fails to complete the transaction for ANY reason (including, but not limited to, remitting the total purchase amount, or arranging pickup of the item), Buyer shall relinquish ANY right to complete the transaction and shall have no rights or interest in the property, as well as forfeit all deposit monies as liquidated damages to Seller. PLEASE BE ADVISED: Various state statutes give Seller the right to pursue legal action against bidders who refuse to complete transactions. The auctioneer has final say so on resolving said dispute and auctioneer may elect to refund to the buyer their total funds used to purchase said items as resolving the dispute.
