By bidding, you are agreeing to the auction terms and conditions:

-Pembroke Central School reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from
the auction.
-Pembroke Central School, their elected and appointed officials, members and employees,
sponsors, donors, and/or volunteers connected with the auction cannot hold any responsibility
or liability from any risks or hazards related to the items won at the auction.
-All sales are final.
-Payments will automatically be charged to the credit card provided at registration. We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover. There is a 3% processing fee for the credit card which, added to the total, will result in the purchase price.
-There is no buyer's premium or sales tax for this auction.
-The receipt can be used to claim your tax deductible charitable donation.
-By bidding with our auction you are entering into a contract with our terms and conditions and agreeing that Bontrager Real Estate & Auction Service, its employees, officers, owners, representatives, agents, and consignors will not be held liable for any losses, claims, liabilities, judgments, expenses, fees, or other damages arising from the use of our services, website, auction property, and this site, including property damage, injuries, dispute with another bidder, or breach by bidder of this site. Any liability to a purchaser will not exceed the purchase price actually paid.
-Bontrager Real Estate & Auction Service will not be held responsible for any interruption in internet service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. By bidding with our company you are accepting that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning.
-Buyers are responsible for making arrangement to pay for and pick up items within the time frames listed for the auction.
-In the event of legal proceedings arising from this contract or from the auction in connection therewith, buyer consents to being subject to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York, Genesee County.

The Pembroke Girls Basketball team will be hosting its 10th Annual Shooting For A Cure! benefit to raise awareness and funds for cancer research in support of Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. To date, Shooting For A Cure! has raised $152,203.66 for Roswell Park, which has sanctioned this event. Despite any pandemic-related changes that may be necessary, we will be hosting a game this season to honor and support those individuals in our faculty, families and community whose lives have been impacted by cancer. The Dragons will take the court at home versus Oakfield-Alabama on March 5th at 7:00pm and do what they do best- play basketball. Although the situation remains fluid as guidelines from NYSPHAA change regularly, the team remains hopeful that this game will proceed; however we remain unsure as to how many fans, if any, will be allowed. This year the auction includes a generous donation from the Walt Disney World Company. We will be auctioning off 5 different packages of 4 one-day Disney Park Hopper Tickets. (Please read full lot description for terms and details.) They will be up for bid from Feb. 23rd - March 5th. Successful bidders will be able to pick up their tickets at Bontrager Real Estate & Auction Service, 8975 Wortendyke Rd, Batavia NY 14020 the week of March 8th - 12th between 8am - 4pm. If preferred, the tickets can also be mailed at the buyer's expense.
