A sign in sheet will go out one hour before the sale starts. Any sheet other than a Grasons sheet will not be honored. All sales are final. No refunds or returns. Sales tax will be applied to all sales unless you have a re-sellers license. A minimum of $25 in order to use a credit/debit card. We are not liable for any injuries outside or inside the home. Enter at your own risk. Please do not park illegally or block/park in the neighbors driveways.

We invite you to our Grasons Integrity Estate Sale in the city of Cerritos. We have some great furniture, Ethan Allen, Pennsylvania House, Bob Timberlake and others. Items also featured: costume jewelry clothing (women’s, some men) & shoes Kitchen: Flatware, glassware, kettle, Pyrex baking dishes, Spode Christmas dish ware, mason jars, drink dispenser, Dining table with chairs, baskets, spice rack, stemware, bread container, tea cups & saucers, colored glass, utensil holder backyard: Tommy Bahama cooler/roller, 3 PC outdoor patio table and chairs, cacti Living Room: Pennsylvannia House Curio/display cabinet, Dining table with captain chairs, chairs, and two leaves, sofa table, round glass top metal table, wicker chairs(2), Pennsylvania House folding/extension table, white accent chair, Coffee table, sectional couch, fossil rock decor, faux plants, crystal/glass candle holders, Norman Rockwell collectible plates, glass figurines, beach decor, decorative pillows. Garage: kennels for dog, work bench, wine enthusiast N’finity, Holiday decor, exercise/sports equipment, fishing poles, gallon tubs, 5 drawer dresser, camping chairs, cleaning supplies, standing lamp see you here! A sign in sheet will go out Wednesday at 8 am. Must be present to sign in. Street sweeping on Wednesday, park on street closest to the home. Street sweeper will go by the opposite side first. No bags are allowed at our sale. Masks are required, limited amount of people will be allowed inside our sale. Hand sanitizers and wash stations will be available for all.
