Illinois & out-of-state checks must be pre-approved by Monday, October 6, 2014 by calling Diana Cook, Estate Sale Manager, 219-763-3741. We don't open early. A sign up call-off entry order list will be placed on the front entry driveway or sidewalk by 9 a.m. opening day, Thursday. No warranties or guarantees. You must rely on your own personal inspection. Buyer is responsible for removing all of your purchases after they are paid for in full. Both the Seller and Estate Sale Manager are Not responsible for accidents or injury. Always watch your step. We don't carry. Bring your own labor who will carefully move items out of the home and off the property. Please watch walls and don't scratch floors when walking through the home or moving items. Please don't flip cigarette butts on street, driveway or ground, only dispose in proper receptacle. Please park with courtesy to others & respect neighbors and not block driveways or mailboxes.
