Welcome to Grasons Co City of Angels FACEBOOK LIVE (Virtual) & By Appointment Estate Sale! **Due to HOA Restrcitions, this sale will be Virtual on Wednesday and Thursday- Live feed starts promptly at 9AM on Wednesday, February 17. **Friday by Appointment ONLY- Text Boni at 310.824.3360 with your name for a time slot between 9-3 Pickup is right near Skirball in LA/Brentwood. **We Will Happily Presell Furniture and the Baldwin Baby Grand Piano (asking $4500 OBO) Please reach out to Boni directly for pricing** Please join us on our Facebook page to shop our sale on Wednesday and Thursday: https://www.facebook.com/grasonscocityofangels/ A window will pop up at the top of the page when we are live. Feed will begin at 9am. Followers of our page should automatically get a pop-up notification when the feed begins. We will walk through the estate on camera, showcasing each lot as we go. Each item or grouping of items will have a lot number, which will be revealed at that time. The first person to comment on the Live chat with the lot #, price, and word “Sold” will get the item / lot. For example: “Lot #150, $20, Sold!” Buyers will then be asked to message us through Facebook with an email address so we can send an invoice. When invoice is paid, an address will be given & pickup time will be scheduled. Buyers are to park curbside for pickup, nobody will be allowed to enter the home. Grasons staff will bring items out. Some items may require buyers to bring their own packing materials.
