The person bidding one the gun MUST be the one to pick it up. 9.) If you are NOT from North Dakota the handgun MUST be SHIPPED to a licensed FFL Dealer in your state ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS. The fee for the handgun which includes, shipping, handling & transfer fee is $35.00. 10.) If you want a rifle shipped, it MUST be shipped to a licensed FFL Dealer in your state ONLY. The fee for the rifles, which includes shipping, handling & transfer fee is $50.00. This will be added directly to the invoice.
