PAYMENT METHODS
We do accept all major credit cards. Wire transfers; please contact the office for more information. We will accept cash, cashiers check and business checks at time of pickup at certain locations; please contact the office for more information.

PAYMENT DUE
We will automatically charge the credit card on file. Unless you have contacted us in advance regarding another payment method. There is a 15% Buyer Premium in effect for this auction. Location-based sales tax will also be collected for this auction. Full payment must be made no later than 3pm (PT) on Friday, January, 15, 2020.

REMOVAL
Available by appointment. Please call Roy at (559) 513-3253 for an appointment. All items must be removed no later than 3pm (PT) on Friday, January, 22, 2021. Unless other removal arrangements are made with the removal contact within 48 hours from the end of the auction, fees for failing to timely remove items won may be assessed under the auction terms and conditions. Items not removed by the time indicated will be subject to penalty up to and included additional storage and administration fees and item forfeiture. All items remaining after this specified time are considered abandoned and forfeited, no refunds, with no further rights by the Buyer.

REMOVAL ASSISTANCE
Buyers or authorized agents assumes all risk and are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items. Employees are unable to assist with physical loading. Forklift Loading Assistance will NOT be available at this auction.

REMOVAL AUTHORIZATION
If someone other than you is picking up your auction purchases, please CLICK HERE to fill out the authorization form so that we can release your items to your authorized agent.

Buyer's Premium: There is a 15% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction.

It is the Bidders responsibility to inspect all items to ensure accuracy and quality. Items may be overstocks or returns, new or used, perfect or broken, inspection of items is highly recommended. Bidders or their Agents are responsible for ensuring they received all their items. No claims of any kind shall be allowed after items have been removed by the Buyer or items have been signed for after time of removal. Buyers in default authorize Huisman Auctions to charge a 15% re-listing fee to their credit card based upon their high bid amount. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bid accordingly.

VEHICLES
Titles and any supporting documents will be mailed via Certified Mail after 10 working days of the auction, unless buyer has failed to remove vehicle from the auction site by the stated removal deadline. Buyer is fully responsible for transfer, smog, registration and fees due to DMV.
