Auction Terms & Conditions: All Items will be sold in as-is, where-is conditon. All Bidders / Buyers are encouraged to make a reasonable inspection of items they are interested in before bidding and buying.  When the auctioneer declares the item or items sold, those items become the responsibilty of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  Due to the very large amount of items being sold, all bidders are encouraged to supply their own form of tagging material for marking items purchased. All purchases must be paid for the day of auction. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or approved Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of Credit or Debit Cards will have a 4% buyers fee included with the purchase total.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check, the 4% buyers fee will be waived.
