2021 is getting off to a nice beginning with this Preston Hollow home filled with (mostly) Italian art and pottery.  Fine 14K and 18K jewelry, Waterford, Steuben and Mid Century décor is in abundance. 

Art includes original oil, mixed media, watercolors and prints by Aldo Pecoraino, Mario Pecoraino, Nino Salmeri, Salvarid Salmeri, RC Gorman, Niki de Saint Phalle.  Italian pottery by DeRuta, La Musa and DeSimone, as well as art pottery by the client.

Furniture includes some lovely antique Mahogany and burled walnut pieces, marble top server, Contemporary Italian design barstools (3), patio tables/seating, pair of twin beds, vintage cane/bentwood swivel chairs, lots of bookcases.  Thousands of books include many contemporary novels in hard and paperback as well as art and reference books.  Several fur coats can be found here including a full length men’s Coyote coat, ladies clothing and Ferragamo shoes in abundance. 

This home will be torn down soon so some fixtures (Stove/oven, crown moldings) may be of interest as well as patio bricks.
