Masks are to be worn at the sale.  15 people will be allowed in the house at a time.  Parking will be very limited because you will have to park on the  south bound side of Memorial Drive or at the boat ramp just south of the house. 

I also understand l that both neighbors may be also having garage sales, as if my estate sale won't have enough stuff in this 4-car garage, 2 bedroom, lake front house.  

There is furniture, (bedroom, living room, dining room, family room, and porch), kitchen appliances, pots and pans, home decor, towels and bedding, Large shredder, vacuums, flat-screen TV's, guitar amps, a pair of huge speakers.

Then there is, of course, the 4-car garage and shed - OMG!!, 2 sand blasters, bench top drill press, engine hoist, press, hand tools (electric and air), paints, ladders, pressure washers (electric and gas), model T rims, 5th wheel, gas tanks, table saw compressores, welders, acetylene torch and tanks, set of SUV tires (2000 miles, aluminum rims), vices, etc.
