If that happens there will be another 1 minutes added to the closing of the lot. This is called a soft close.
We will hold an auction preview on Thursday December 31st from 10AM - 2PM. Please call with any questions prior to bidding.
Check out will be on Saturday January 2nd from 10 AM until 4PM or Sunday January 3d from 10AM until 4PM. All lots not picked up will be charged an applicable storage fee.
