*Pickup Days And Times Are: Thursday 9-11AM, Friday 4-6pm, and Sunday 4-8pm

*All invoices must be paid in full the week the auction ends.

*Invoices may be paid by cash, check, or credit/debit card at the time of pickup.

*Invoices not paid by Sunday night at 8pm will be charged to the card on file with a $7 late fee added and can be picked up the next week.

*Shipping invoices MUST be paid with the card on file and billing address must match the shipping address.

*Invoices not picked up the week of the auction or the following week will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

*All winning bids are final. There are no bid adjustments, retractions, or cancellations for any bids for any reason at any time. Please be sure of your bid before submitting.

*All items sold "As Is" and buyer accepts the item with any and all defects, both known and unknown. No returns or refunds ever for any reason.

*By registering on our auction you agree to completion of all payments. You hereby agree not to stop payment on any check or dispute any credit card payment.

*When registering on our auctions you agree to hold HBA Sales and all employees, agents and representatitives harmless from any and all claims, demands, or damages, both actual and consequential, of every kind and nature arising from any interaction with our company.

*Buyers premium will be 11.5% for all cash and check payments, 14% for all card transactions.

*By registering you agree to authorize HBA Sales to charge the card on file for any amount owed to our company at any time.
