All sales are Final, no returns. All items sold as is and with no guarantees or warranties. Seller and Grasons Co. are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home. Cash, credit/debit cards only, no checks will be accepted.
A sign in sheet will be placed outside the home one hour prior to the sale opening daily. Any other sheet started will not be honored. NO BAGS, BOXES OR PURSES WILL BE ALLOWED AT THE SALE. Alternately, YOU MAY BRING AN EMPTY BOX to carry your items. For larger/heavier items please be sure to bring your own labor to assist with moving. Any dispute on item will result in auction to the highest bidder. Please do not park in or block the neighbor’s driveways. Don’t park anywhere illegally and read all signs for street sweeping. Please be safe and happy shopping! YOU WILL THEN RETURN TO YOUR VEHICLE AND WE WILL CALL YOU FOR ENTRY TO COMPLY WITH CDC GUIDELINES. IF YOU ARE SICK WE ASK THAT YOU DO THE RIGHT THING AND STAY HOME. WE WILL ONLY ALLOW A LIMITED NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN AT A TIME. WHILE IN THE HOUSE YOU MUST KEEP 6ft FROM THE NEAREST PERSON PLEASE. |
