This beautiful 2 story loft is located on North Milwaukee Ave. in Chicago. From furniture and home decor, to local original art and professional audio/video equipment,  - this sale has something for everyone. 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT AT YOUR SALES?  We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover at all estate sales. There are no surcharges. Sorry, no checks.   

WHAT ARE SOME GENERAL RULES AT YOUR SALES? 1. All sales are final. 2. Enter the home at your own risk. Aether is not responsible for accidents. 3. Be kind and courteous to other shoppers. 4. If you bring children, please keep an eye on them. 5. Have fun!  

DO YOU ALLOW PREVIEWS OR PRE-SALES? We proudly do NOT offer previews or pre-sales and believe that is a key element to our success. By leveling the playing field, we have built a large following of shoppers who know that they will always have an equal chance to purchase the most sought after items in each sale.  

DO YOU HAVE MOVING SERVICE AVAILABLE?  We do not. Make preperations to transport any large items you decide to purchase.
