Unforgettables Event Equipment Rental Business

   After many years in the event equipment rental business, Karen & Steve have decided to retire.  This will be an outstanding opportunity to purchase equipment, props, chairs, tables, pipe & drape, dishware, flatware, and so much more.  If you are involved with a School, Church, Civic Club, Event Rental, Photography Business, or just about anything, this is your opportunity to purchase almost everything you might need at one time and in one location.  Bid your price on these items.  This will be a live onsite auction, and all items will sell.  

Directions: 923 Lousiville Street, Fort Smith, Ar. 72901  This location is just off Wheeler Ave., just North of the Sykes Building (Former Phoenix Village Mall)

Due to the amount of items in this auction we will be conducting a 2 Day Auction. Please arrive early for bidder registration. This auction will begin promptly at 10am both days.  With the amount of items to be sold, we are recommending you bring help with you for packing.  We also recommend that all buyers bring your own form of tagging material to help keep track of items you have purchased and limit any confusion. 

  The 1st.day (Friday Jan. 15th.) will consist of Beautiful Props, Backdrops, Furniture, Portable Gazebos, Pergolas,  Wedding Candles, No Drip Wedding Candles, Dessert Stands, Victorian Style Furniture, Two Door Visa-Cooler, Refrigerator, and Antiques Used for Props, and more.  (Front Half of the Building)

Day #2 (Saturday Jan. 16th.)  will consist of Drink Fountains, Coffee Makers, Chocolate Fountains, Pipe & Drape, Delivery Truck, Table Cloths, Candelabras, Chairs, Tables, Folding Stage Sections, Folding Dance Floor Sections, Table Skirts, Dishes, Stemware, Gazebos, Flatware, Industrial Washing Machines, Metal Shelving, and more.  "Equipment Day"      (Back Half of the Building)

All Buyers Purchase Amounts Must Be Paid For Each Day of The Auction.  We Are Not Able To Carry Over Purchase Totals To The Next Day.

Auctioneers Note:  We will have a enormous amount of items in the auction, it is impossible to list everything.  As we mentioned before, these items would be great for just about any type business.  We will have various antiques and more.  Make plans to be with us both days of the auction. 

Auction Terms & Conditons:  All items will be sold in as-is, where-is condition.  All bidders / buyers are encouraged to make a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in before bidding / buying.  Once the auctioneer declares the item or items sold, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolens items.  All items must be paid for each day of the auction. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash, or Check with proper and satisfactory Photo ID,  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  All payments made with the use of Credit or Debit Cards will have a 4% buyers fee included with the purchase total.  For payments made with Cash or approved Check, the 4% buyers fee will be waived.  All sales are final, all items are sold in as is, condition. 

All Buyers Purchases Must Be Paid For Each Day. We Are Not Able To Carry Over One Day's Total To The Next.  

Restrooms and Concessions will be available day of auction.
