ESTATE SALE Duluth / Johns Creek 50% to 75% off everything throughout the day Sunday next to Atlanta Athletic Country Club Saturday December 5th and Sunday December 6th à 9am to 3pm each day CASH ONLY PLEASE – Entire Contents – HOUSE MUST BE EMPTY SUNDAY -BRING HELP TO LOAD, We will NOT be able to help We sure hope this finds you all healthy, safe and well. We are excited to offer up the next Estate Sale for your viewing, however need your help to ensure everyone’s safety due to COVID-19. This is what we will be doing and requiring (No Exceptions); * Staff of CCA will all be wearing face masks * Staff and Patrons will be ensuring social distancing is happening * All Patrons must have face masks to enter and in line covering mouth and nose *We will open all windows we can *We will have sanitation stations in the restrooms * We will limit the number of patrons that enter the house * We will be taking temperatures before entry, if anyone has a temp over 100.4, we will be unable to let you in. Lots of treasures for your choosing and uncovering more daily. We will NOT be able to preview items or quote prices prior to day of sale and you must have help to load as we will be unable to assist. Please come pre-pared, and we will open promptly at 9am each day. House must be empty by close of sale and everything MUST BE GONE!
