If you dont like her price we completely understand - you can set it down no questions asked and we will restock it - just please dont hold up the line haggling over a few bucks. We are here to give all our shoppers great deals but also make a very nice family that has been thru a tough year a nice sale - all reasonable offers will be considered but most important, REMEMBER ESTATE SALES ARE FUN - ENJOY YOURSELF, WE DEFINATELY WILL BE! :) As always, we will have staff onsite to help you with any large or heavy purchases (yet they always appreciate tips) WE ACCEPT CASH, DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS (with some restrictions) but NO CHECKS! We collect 6% Maryland Sales Tax unless you show us your dealer paperwork - Yes, we realize not all estate sale companies collect tax, they are breaking the law and we have no interest in how they do business. We comply with all state & local regulations and have been for 15 years. We open and close promptly at stated times so allow plenty of travel/shopping times. Tons of great parking but there is a chance of rain this weekend so please treat the nieghbors yards as you would your own. [Early bird # system starts when my numbers guy gets there (at least an hour prior to opening) and if you have a pre # system he will work it out...whatever he says goes...most of you already know Big Bob is as friendly as they come but it isnt his first rodeo so ONE NUMBER PER PERSON - YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO GET A #. Get your # then head for your breakfast and be back 10 mins before opening for the "line-up"] - we will never open early. No large purses, bookbags or backpacks - we have "hold tables" and many bags & boxes for you stress free shopping. No small children or pets please.
