ESTATE SALE Sunday 50% to 75% off Throughout the day Mid Century Modern Time Capsule Saturday November 21st and Sunday November 22nd à 9am to 3pm each day CASH ONLY PLEASE – Entire Contents – HOUSE MUST BE EMPTY SUNDAY -BRING HELP TO LOAD, We will NOT be able to help We sure hope this finds you all healthy, safe and well. We are excited to offer up the next Estate Sale for your viewing, however need your help to ensure everyone’s safety due to COVID-19. This is what we will be doing and requiring (No Exceptions); * Staff of CCA will all be wearing face masks * Staff and Patrons will be ensuring social distancing is happening * All Patrons must have face masks to enter and in line *We will open all windows we can *We will have sanitation stations in the restrooms * We will limit the number of patrons that enter the house * We will be taking temperatures before entry, if anyone has a temp over 100.4, we will be unable to let you in. We are delighted to help honor this family, offering many unique treasures that can now be treasured by you. Please note, we will not be unable to preview items and quote prices prior to day of sale and you must have help to load as we will be unable to assist. Please come pre-pared as we will open promptly at 9am each day. House must be empty by close of sale and everything MUST BE GONE!
