Bring the tools and helpers you need to safely remove your purchases from the home and a large enough vehicle to take them away. We will be limiting the number of people in this home to 20 at one time. NO children under 18 or pets please. There will be NO bathrooms available for use. Masks will be required, if you do not remember to bring a mask you will not be able to enter the home. There will be no masks available for free or for purchase. We ask that you observe social distancing both inside the home and outside the home while waiting to enter. We suggest that you bring hand sanitizer to use before and after your time at the home. Thank you for your cooperation! This 1,700 square foot brick ranch home built in 1963 is loaded with quality items including furniture from vintage to newer, home and holiday decor, women's clothing and accessories and much more. The lady of the house was a big fan of home shopping networks and internet shopping so there are many items which were unused. The family would like the home cleared out so it all must go!
