Please make sure you have read the terms of this auction before bidding. Online Bidding Starts: 11/3/2020 Online Bidding Ends: First lot closes at 6pm CST Thursday November 19th. Lots will close in numerical order every 15 seconds with two minutes added if bids are placed in final two minutes. Payment: Credit Card will be charged at completion of auction! Pickup for the auction will be ONE DAY only Nov. 20th from 12 Noon-7pm. Exact location will be included on your paid invoice. Shipping will be provided for all winning bidders who do not make it to the pickup. Shipping will be done through USPS Priority mail with insurance. Handling fee will be $5 per lot with a maximum handling fee of $25 per invoice plus actual shipping. Removal Assistance: All items in this auction may be picked up once James R Cash II Auctions has received and acknowledged payment in full. Bidders are responsible for rigging, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance fromJames R Cash II Auctions. Any items not removed by the pickup deadline will be considered abandoned property and card on file will be charged. If someone other than you is picking up your auction purchases, please notify Shane at 931-302-4717 so that we can release your items to your authorized agent.
