The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing.

10% buyer premium capped at $400.00. Example: If a person purchases a tractor for $200,000.00, they will pay an extra $400 for a total bill of $200,400.00 or a person purchase a wagon for $500.00 they will pay $550.00. The 10% buyer fee capped at $400 is on a per item basis.
