This single-family raised ranch home built in 1952 features a nice mix of furniture and home decor including the pair of Henredon wood display cabinets and the 2 different sculptures by known artists made of marble and metal. The lady of the house is moving overseas and therefore is not able to take her small kitchen appliances with her, there are quite a few for sale. Everything must go!

285 VHS Movies - All Classic Movies from the 1930s, 40s, 50s and 60s - Rare Collection

The movies were inherited from an elderly man who collected the best movies from these years. There are 450 in total, but these 285 are the main part of his collection that are inventoried by name, year, actors, directors, etc. There will be a detailed inventory list available for viewing at the sale. ALL movies are in original cases and are in great shape! The movies are safely packed in small boxes with lips and handles and are in safe storage. Not sold separately.

Blue Bauhaus 2-piece sectional sofa. Gently used, only one owner, originally $1,200 and purchased at the Super Great Ace furniture store. Remove the back cushions and it sleeps two adults. (Light blue pillows not included, just the 3 larger pillows in the same fabric are included.) Dimensions are 93"x37” (larger section=3 cushions), and 37"x55” (smaller section).
