Bring bags or baskets to shop with, your hands will fill up fast! 3. We accept Cash and Credit Cards. 4. Staff will be very busy monitoring the sale so please bring help for moving items you purchase. All items need to be moved before the end of the sale, Saturday @ 4:00 pm. .5. The sale starts at 11:00, am, no one will be entering/shopping prior to that. 6. All sales are final, make sure you love it before you buy it. 7. New Seasons Estate Sale LLC or the seller is not responsible for accidents. So please be careful! 8.Parking will be available on the street, one side is a Fire lane so please watch signs. Also there is a steep driveway to walk up. Driving up the driveway will be for pickup only due to limited parking.9. it is not handicap accessible. 10..Again, HAVE FUN!!!
