Terms: Purchaser(s) will be required to pay a non-refundable 15 % of the purchase price as earnest money deposit, and also agree to enter into a purchase agreement with the remaining balance due and payable on closing day on or before January 14, 2021 when the buyer shall receive a clear and merchantable title to the property.  Bidder responsiblities are but not limited to the following:

All bidders must provide their name, email address, daytime phone number, physical address at which they can be contacted for timely and accurate communication between Zomer Auctions. and purchaser throughout any transaction or auction. All bidders must provide valid credit card information or wire information. 

bidders will be responsible and must obey any and all local, state and federal laws any/all violations will result in termination of bidding and website use priviledges with this auction company.

All bidders must be responsible to provide payment. Failure to do so will result in buyer to be responsible to pay all attorney fees and costs incurred by Zomer Auctions to collect funds owed. The purchaser also agrees that a 1.5% per month will be added to any unpaid balance due to the Auction Company as well as any other costs or loss incurred due to the purchasers failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be settled by arbitration in Sioux County, IA.

The final bidding will close and remain closed.


The auction company reserves the right to reject any/all bids for any reason. The auction company shall also be the final judge in any bidding disputes and has the final authority to name a bidder as a final purchaser.
