Check to see if anything electrical works as we do not always have the time to plug in everything. Cash, credit/debit cards only, no checks will be accepted.
ABSOLUTELY NO BAGS, BOXES, OR PURSES WILL BE ALLOWED AT SALE. You may bring your own empty box and you must bring your own labor for pickups. Please do not block any driveways (home or neighbors) and take notice of any signage when parking. |

Welcome to another exciting Grasons Co Premier estate sale located in West Palmdale. Join us for this 2 day sale, home of an accomplished pianist with a pristine Yamaha Baby Grand piano, home furnishings, appliances, woman's clothing, and much more! Be sure to mark your calendars for this event as everything must! At Grasons Co Premier your safety has always been our top priority. With the COVID-19 corona-virus outbreak, your health and welfare are of paramount importance to us as you shop at our estate sale. Our priority and focus are to meet our client’s and estate sale shopper’s needs while maintaining existing and implementing new safety measures which protect our associates, employees, and communities. Below are a few new safety measures:
Sign-up sheet will be placed outside the home 1 hour before start time on the 1st day of the sale only. No other list will be honored. NO PERSONAL BAGS OR PURSES WILL BE ALLOWED AT THE SALE. Alternately, YOU MAY BRING AN EMPTY BOX to carry your items. For larger/heavier items please be sure to bring your own labor to assist with moving. Any dispute on item will result in auction to the highest bidder. As always be respectful to the neighbors, home, and Grasons Co. staff. We cannot wait to see you!
