Payment TERMS:  CASH, Credit or debit Card w/3% process fee. Pre-Approved Good Check (call at least 3 days prior to sale start for check approval). Mask Required. We don't open early. A sign-up entry order call off list, is placed in the front entrance driveway or sidewalk by 9 a.m. opening day Friday. It's usually on a lawn chair inside a plastic bag. Be prepared, due to any facilities hallway layout, there can be staggered and delayed entry inside on Opening Day morning, it just depends on how slow foot traffic flow moves along floor plan. Please be patient, we'll get you inside as soon as we can with safety in mind. No warranties or guarantees. You must rely on your own personal inspection. Not responsible for accidents or injury. Always watch your step & your head. We don't carry. Bring your own competent adult labor who will carefully move items out of the home and off the property. Please respect neighbors & not block mail boxes or driveways, or park so far off road to ruffle or rut neighbor's grass. Please don't flip cigarette butts in yard, street, driveway or really anywhere, only in receptacle.

COVID 19 Note - Masks Required. Quantity of shoppers inside the Hall at same time will be limited & controlled, bring your patience with you for this entry process. We follow CDC guidelines and all local/state mandates. Please keep good distance from each other. Due to large attendance at our Estate Sales over the years, We decide from time to time if it makes healthy sense (for everyone) to temporarilly go on a self-imposed COVID hiatus, consulting with lots of families by telephone. Let's work together with health safety always in mind. Even if you are feeling good, but you believe you've possibly been in a Covid exposure setting recently, don't make an Estate Sale a spreader event, it's better to stay put at home. You can always call or Email  Diana Cook  Estates  & Auctions with your interest in certain items that you'd love to buy.  We will work with you on your purchases at a telephone distance.
Email:    Ladydi@megsinet.net

To get on our Early Bird Email notice list with detailed advanced information on future Estate Sales, Email above and in subject line type "Add Me to List." When your Email changes give both your old address and new address.
