Harmeyer Auction & Appraisal Co., LLC. has the right to terminate the auction at any time; withdrawal from sale of any item; to sell at this auction items not listed; to group one of more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide into two lots or more selling lots. The auction company also reserves the right to sell all of the items listed in bulk.
Payment: a) All payments will be required to be paid for with the credit card on file after auction is complete. b) Buyer's Premium is 13% Online c) Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card. d) No items will be removed until they have been paid for. Purchaser is responsible for removal of all purchased goods. No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. All abandoned items will be sold for storage and moving fees. Loading Equipment: a) Buyer is responsible for their own removal of all items. Please bring any packing material and boxes that you may need. Please bring assistance to move heavy items to your vehicle and any tools for dismantling. Item Removal: All items must be on the scheduled pick up date. The buyer assumes and does agree to indemnify and hold the auction company and seller harmless from any future claim that shall pertain to fitness or use of the asset being purchased. b) Persons attending during exhibition, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release and indemnify the Auction Company from liability therefore. Neither the Auction Company nor his principal or seller shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises in which the sale is held. Harmeyer Auctions is privelaged to offer for sale the estate of Jeff Cummings in the last of three auctions. This auction includes many of the remaining radios in Jeff's extensive collection. These radios include 1920's broadcast radios, mid-century bakelite and wood AM tube radios, radio testing equipment, CB radios, HAM radios, elecrtonic repair parts including tubes, resistors, transistors, and more. Please leave a message or text. 1 Bendix Bakelite Radio model 115 Tested and stations come in clear Aviation Corporation 2 Meck and Zenith wood case radios .Meck Trail Blazer not tested because of cracked cords. Zenith model 6D030Z tested and does not work 3 Setchell carlson model 416 Bakelite radio tested and stations come in. Back of case has a chip and plastic cover over numbers is loose 4 Crosley model 10-138 Bakelite radio tested and stations come in clearly! Too bad we don't have video uploads for this one! 5 Crosley model 10-137 Bakelite radio this one doesn't power on and the tuner doesn't move. 6 Crosley model 56-TD bakelite radio powers on and tunes one very faint station 7 Turquoise Philco model J996-124 AM/FM radio FM stations come in loud and clear. Couldn't switch to AM. Really dirty needs cleaned. 8 Penncraft and Zenith radios both work and tune in stations! Penncraft model 3123 and Zenith model B509-P 9 Airline metal and ?? Bakelite radio both power on, but neither will tune a station 10 2 Philco transitone radios Yellow Model 54-8690 works and tunes in stations, Model 48-226 does not work 11 Motorola and General Electric radios neither power on. Motorola model 5T23W and GE AM/FM clock model C2505A-beige 12 Stromberg Carlson model 1204-HB bakelite radio AM/FM powers on, but no stations tune 13 Emerson model DQ333 bakelite radio works and tunes in stations 14 Sonora wood tabletop radio model RCU-208 works and tunes in stations. Bakelite knobs. 15 Working Silvertone bakelite radio model 3004 RCA clock radio. Clock works, radio does not. 17 Crosley and Philco bakelite radios both power on but do not tune in a station. Both cases are cracked 18 Air King and Motorola radios both power in but no stations. Air King model A-625 and Motorola model 52H 19 Philco and Bendix bakelite radios neither work. Bendix model 110 and Philco model41-250 20 RARE United American Bosch 350 Vibro Power radio in beautiful working condition. Broadcast and short wave (not tested) mahogany wood case 21 General Electric, Airline bakelite radios both power on, buzz but do not tune 22 Fada, RCA Victor, Crosley Bakelite radios none power on. Crosley case is cracked 25 Tower featherweight cone speaker, metal case speaker; both untested 26 Voice of Music model 323 turntable powers on, table turns, speaker buzzes and needle arm moves (but maybe not correctly?) 27 General Electric tube repairman case contains tubes 28 Pioneer Direct Drive Turntable model PL-518. Table turns, lights on, arm does not go up or down and is missing the whole end with the needle. All four feet are present and case is very dirty,but not cracked.
