Children will be allowed in as long as there is no line of BUYING customers. -NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS -WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR ENTRANCE TO ANYONE ! -This is a CASH only Sale !!!!! NO CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS !!! -Doors Open At 10:00 AM. Please be courteous when parking in the area. -Shoplifters will be prosecuted. You steal, we call police. -SMILE, as usual, There will be hidden surveillance cameras throughout the home. -Due to increased theft, no large purses or bags will be allowed in the sale. Please don't bring them, so I don't have to ask you to leave them outside. -Please do not call, email or text asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing and information. " Please remember that the owner has the right to remove any items out of this sale, even though they may be advertised." -All items sold as-is and no refunds accepted. -Bring help and your own tools to load large items as our employees are not allowed to assist due to insurance regulations.. Done Deal Estate Sales and Appraisals will be in the city of Clearwater this upcoming weekend hosting another estate sale. Susan and John Taylor, both retired, have sold this home that they have lived in since 1996 and have decided to downsize to Ft. Myers, Florida. As a result of the distance, the majority of the contents will be left to be sold at this estate sale. This is an immaculate home, with no animals and no smoking.
