Thank you for attending today's auction. Upon making a bid, the buyer agrees and accepts these terms & conditions.

1. All purchases are to be paid in full on auction day and prior to removal from premises. We accept cash, Visa and Mastercard. We do NOT accept checks. Payment by credit card is final & non-refundable and buyer agrees to not attempt a charge-back or void any transaction. Any and all titled vehicle purchases must be made in CASH. Credit cards are not an acceptable payment method for vehicles.

2. If a dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will decide the dispute or resell the item. All bid increments are at the discretion of the auctioneer.

3. All items are sold "As Is - Where Is", with there being no expressed or implied warranties. The auctioneer assumes no liability for any guarantee made by the seller. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine condition of the items and bid accordingly. We encourage any interested bidders to attend any scheduled previews.

4. The auctioneer is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss incurred in connection with the auction.

5. Purchaser assumes responsibilty for items when are "sold", or upon delivery to purchaser. Purchaser should secure their items as appropriate. Leaving items for later pickup is done soley at the buyer's risk. Purchaser will be responsible for payment.

6. Statements made on day of auction take precedence over previously written material or advertisments.

7. Titled vehicles require payment in CASH or wire transfer. No vehicle or title will be released until paid for in full. Your auction receipt will act as your bill of sale.

8. The seller reserves the liberty to bid on any item, real or personal, not advertised as absolute, or without reserve; furthermore, the seller reserves the right to authorize the auctioneer to bid on the seller's behalf. The auctioneer is an agent of the seller, not the buyer.

9. Any person caught stealing, hiding, providing untrue information or purposely damaging an item to be sold will be prosecuted and banned from future auctions.

10. The seller and auctioneer reserves the right to preclude anyone from bidding if there are any questions as to that person's credentials, fitness, etc.

11, A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at checkout.

12. In the event that there are technial difficulties related to the server, software, or any other online auction-related technology, Michael Hoffman, Auctioneer reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding.

13. Neither the company providing the software, nor Michael Hoffman, Auctioneer shall be held responsible for any missed bid(s), or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. Email notifications will be sent to registerd bidders with updated information as deemed necessary by Michael Hoffman, Auctioneer.

14. The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction, split or combine lots, add minimum bids, or reserve prices. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and/or auction event, or to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.

Owner's are downsizing from their large home in preparation for an upcoming move. Something for everyone in this auction. All items are being sold in As-is, As-Found condition. Any and all titled vehicles (cars, trailers, etc) will require CASH payment before release of the vehicle or it's clean title. If you are unable to pay in CASH, please do not bid.
