All Sales are Final, No Returns. All items sold as is and with no guarantees or warranties. Cash/ credit-debit cards for purchases over $50.00 only. Sorry, no checks will be accepted. Please bring your own bags/boxes for packing. NO LARGE BAGS WILL BE ALLOWED in the HOME. We have shopping baskets for your convenience. Please bring help to load large items. Grasons Co Estate Specialists and the home owner are not responsible for accidents in or around the home. We charge sales tax. All items must be removed at the close of sale. Please obey all parking restrictions and do not block the neighbor's driveway. Sign up sheet will be posted an hour before start of sale on first day only. |

THIS SALE WILL TAKE PLACE VIA FACEBOOK LIVE @grasonsinlandempire Go to our page and follow it to be notified whenever we go live. The sale will start at 9:00 am on October 23, 2020. Pick up will be in La Quinta on Saturday October 24, 2020 LIVE ONLINE! Grasons Co Inland Empire We will start the live feed 10 minutes before the start of the sale so people can gather. WE DO NOT QUOTE PRICING PRIOR TO THE SALE We will walk through the estate on camera, showcasing each lot as we go. Each item or grouping of items will have a lot number, which will be revealed at that time. If you're interested in purchasing a lot you must type the lot #, the price, and sold. Example “ Lot 4 $100 Sold“ or " Sold Lot 4 $100" or "$100 Sold Lot 4" You will then direct message us your email and we will invoice you. Once it is paid we will schedule a pick up time. Grasons staff will bring the items outside for you but you are responsible for loading and bringing packing supplies, blankets, rope, etc.
