Children will be allowed in as long as there is no line of BUYING customers. -NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS -WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR ENTRANCE TO ANYONE ! -This is a CASH only Sale !!!!! NO CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS !!! -Doors Open At 10:00 AM. Please be courteous when parking in the area. -Shoplifters will be prosecuted. You steal, we call police. -SMILE, as usual, There will be hidden surveillance cameras throughout the home. -Due to increased theft, no large purses or bags will be allowed in the sale. Please don't bring them, so I don't have to ask you to leave them outside. -Please do not call, email or text asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing and information. " Please remember that the owner has the right to remove any items out of this sale, even though they may be advertised." -All items sold as-is and no refunds accepted. -Bring help and your own tools to load large items as our employees are not allowed to assist due to insurance regulations.. Done Deal Estate Sales and Appraisals will be in Seminole Heights this week for another outstanding 5 day estate sale. Jeanne and Neal Matthews are the former owners of the antique shop called " ANTIQUE HEAVEN " and the shop called Majolica & More that was located in Tampa for many years. They have retired and sold their home and will liquidate all of its contents. This house is completely filled with antiques and collectables. There are over 75 racks with merchandise over 2 buildings. In addition, this home will be demolished after this sale. This will be one of those sales that you don't want to miss. There is so much merchandise in this sale that we had to make it a 5 day sale. We hope to see you there, The Done Deal Team !! |
