Public Auction

If you are looking for Shelving, Office Cubicles, Office Chairs, Industrial Sewing Machines, Filing Cabinets, and Desk, be sure to join us this Saturday October 31st.  2020 in Clarksville, Ar.  

Over 60 units of Stackable / Adjustable Heavy Duty Plastic Storage Shelving,  50 Plus filing cabinets including a Fire Safe Filing Cabinet, Various Office Chairs, Desk and Office Cubicle Sections.  All of these items are lined up and ready.  Be on time for this auction we will start promptly at 10 am., bring your trailer and be prepared to load out, all items must be removed from the location by Sunday following the auction.   

Directions:  Going through Clarksville, Ar. after you pass in front of the Clarksville Police Station you will come to a bridge.  Just before crossing the bridge you will turn Right (South) and follow the road to the auction location at the large warehouse.

Auction Terms and Conditions:   All items will be sold in as-is, where-is condition.  All bidders are expected to make a reasonable inspection of all items.  Once the item or items are declared sold by the auctioneer, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company are responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  

Payment Terms:  We accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID,  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  All payments made with the use of Credit or Debit Cards will have a 4% buyers fee included with the final purchase price.  Payments made with the use of Cash or approved Check, the 4% buyers fee will be waived. 

All announcements made the day of auction will supercede any previous printed ads or any electronic or social media advertisements.  The use of face coverings or mask as well as social distancing is recommened according to the Health Dept. with the State of Arkansas.
