All items are sold as is, where is and with all faults. Capital Online Auctions does not offer any kind of warranty, expressed or implied as to any item's condition, quality or value. All of the winning bidders must pick up the items on the designated date during the designated times. The buyers are responsible for disconnecting any plumbing, shelving or other items that are connected. The buyers are responsible for any damage that they cause. Any items not picked up during those times will be considered abandoned.

Shipping is available. If shipping is needed, there is a $40 fee, paid directly to the seller for the seller to palletize and wrap or strap each pallet. For items that can ship UPS or FedEx, there is a $15 packaging/handling fee per box. The buyer is responsible to pay for and arrange the shipping to be picked up on the scheduled removal date.
