Grasons Elite is honored to present you with our next virtual Facebook LIVE Estate Sale. This amazing home is full of wonderful high end items in pristine condition, and promises to be a sale you will not want to miss!!

WE WILL BE DISCOUNTING INVENTORY DAILY UNTIL THE END OF THE SALE

You now have 3 ways to shop!!!!

First:

PRE-SALE BY PHOTO (please read all pre-sale instructions for this sale!!) To start Sunday Afternoon once we are able to finish pics and pickup during sale hours.

If you would like to purchase an item(s) in advance of our live sale you will need to send us an Email @ Grasonscoelite@gmail.com or private message via Facebook Messenger to our Grasons Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/grasonselite with a list of all the lots you would like to purchase, as well as your email address where your email invoice should be sent. We will then send you an invoice, due immediately, for that item(s) WE WILL BE RESPONDING TO PRE-SALE REQUESTS DURING REASONABLE BUSINESS HOURS. (IF INVOICE IS NOT PAID RIGHT AWAY, YOUR ITEMS WILL STILL BE AVAILABLE FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO PURCHASE)

COMMENTS ARE NOT GOOD TO PURCHAE LOTS. PLEASE SEND EMAIL OR MESSAGE

FACEBOOK LIVE SALE

Please join us on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/grasonselite to view the live sale. This event will begin at 10am morning of Sale.

We will be giving a video tour of the house, showcasing the items for sale and allowing viewers to purchase in real time! We will be doing these virtual walk throughs each day of the sale.

If you would like to shop this sale:

Log in to your facebook account.

Go to the Grasons Elite Facebook homepage, (https://www.facebook.com/grasonselite) and click on the video tab.

A window will pop up at the top of the page when we are live. Feed will begin at 10am each day (or a few minutes before so people can find it). Followers of our page should automatically get a pop-up notification when the feed begins.

We will walk through the estate on camera, showcasing each lot as we go. Each item or grouping of items will have a lot number, which will be revealed at that time. Due to time restrictions and the number of lots being offered, it is unlikely we will be able to finish walking through the entire estate in one Live session.

The first person to comment on the Live chat with the lot #, price, and word “Sold” will get the item / lot.

For example:

“Lot #150, $20, Sold!” or any order of this information

Buyers will then be asked to message us through Facebook with an email address so we can send an invoice.

When invoice is paid, an address will be given & pickup time will be scheduled.

Buyers are to park curbside for pickup, nobody will be allowed to enter the home. Grasons staff will bring items out. Some items may require buyers to bring their own packing materials.

**PLEASE DO NOT START WATCH PARTIES. THEY SLOW DOWN THE FEED FOR EVERYBODY AND DISABLE VIEWER COMMENTING.

3RD:

IN PERSON ESTATE SALE ON LAST DAY OF SALE

Just like a normal estate sale, we will be in person on that last day for pick ups and shopping.

All purchased items must be picked up curb pick up from sale by Last day of sale afternoon at scheduled time. We will do our best to work with you scheduling at your convenience.
