This will be a live public auction with online bidding available on some items. Go to auctioneer’s website to go to our online bidding portal if you are unable to be at the auction in person and would like to bid online on those select items. We will also accept absentee bids.
Note: We will have a large tent set up in case of rain. There is plenty of room for parking and social distancing. It would be appreciated if you could pick up any larger items on Monday from 10 to Noon just to make it easier on dealing with any moving issues and any wet ground (please bring help to load items).
Owner’s are downsizing from their 5,000 square foot home to a much smaller one – so LOTS of nice items will be sold at the auction! This auction continues to grow by leaps and bounds, so please be sure to mark your calendar now so you do not miss it. Take a look at the auction gallery photos as more items are being added daily.
Higher end home furnishings including chairs, couches, leather sofa/couch, bar cart, book cases, dining room table and chairs, china cabinet, bedroom set, 4 poster bed, dressers, floor coverings, rugs, artwork, man cave items, household items and lots more! 2007 Dodge Nitro SUV, landscaping trailer, Snapper Pro zero turn mower, pool table, power washer, tools, chainsaws, and more. Large amount of firewood, dog kennels, bicycles, potting bench, super nice Adirondack chairs, etc.
Terms on titled vehicles (car and trailer): CASH payment will be required before any vehicles or titles will be released.
10% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases. Cash, V/MC accepted on personal property. We do not accept any checks. Full payment is due on the day of auction. Everything is sold As-Is with no guaranties or warranty of any kind.
Good food and portable toilet will be onsite.
