All items on this auction are located in Holdrege, NE and will need to be picked up there on Tuesday, September 15th from 1 pm - 6 pm ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS to pick up time. The house is transferring ownership on the 16th. Please plan accordingly and do NOT bid if you can't pick up during this time.

There are several large / by the room lots selling. Please come prepared to load EVERYTHING. There are many items in the basement also. Bring any labor help, totes, boxes, 2-wheel dolly carts, 4-wheel furniture movers, tie-down straps, blankets etc. needed to load and transport all items. There will not be any help available at pick up, bring your own help!

All bids entered are an agreement to purchase said item and signifies that the bidder has examined the item to their satisfaction or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. All sales are final. No returns for any reason. We describe all items to the best of our ability however all items are sold as is, where is with no guarantee. Buyer's Premium & Tax: Please note that there is a 7% sales tax applied to all purchases unless you have a tax exempt number on file with us. There is also a 13% buyer's premium applied to all purchases. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, check and cash. The credit card on file will be charged at the end of the auction. Staggered & Soft Closing: The auction will begin closing at 7:00 pm CDT on September 14, 2020. One lot will end every 15 seconds. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of any lot.

All items purchased must be picked up on Tuesday after the auction unless other arrangments are made before bidding. All items are sold with local pick up or shipping. Items can be picked up Tuesday 1 pm - 6 p.m. The credit card on file will be charged 48 hours after the auction end if items have not been picked up and paid for. If items are not picked up within 48 hours, the items are disposed of at the auctioneers discretion. If items need to be shipped, you will pay actual shipping costs plus a $20 handling fee.

The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction, extend bidding or cancel bidding in the case of system failures. We also reserve the right to add or remove items from the auction. Neither the company providing the software nor Tri-City Auction Center shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason.

All items sell as is with no warrany or guarantee.

***NOTE: You must have a current photo ID and either a Nebraska Firearm Purchase Permit, Nebraska Conceal Carry Permit or FFL to bid on any firearm. NO EXCEPTIONS. These also must be presented at time of pick up and you will be required to complete a Firearm Transaction form 4473. Firearms can be mailed to your local FFL for pick up.***
